The Vintage House Wife

Since my brain is still soooo tired form the craft show this weekend and formulating sensible sentences is such a task, I thought I would share one of my favorite blogs with you. I found The Vintage House Wife about a year ago, and have been hooked ever since.
"Cat" is soooo cute! you have to read her profile to "get" her. Her page takes time to load,but totally worh the wait.

It has been a long day of setting up our Show & Tell Crafters Market, I am so tired! I have to get up at 4a.m. to be there to let vendors in at 7:30 a.m.,. I swear Monday will be rest day.

I just wanted to share that I was featured as "Star of the day" on Krafttouch Treasures blog, check out my interview.

Tomorrow I will try to get on and post some pictures of my booth at the craft show.

Facebook break up letter,too cute

I was on twitter,doing my "tweet thang" and I saw that Patty over at Mod Kid Boutique just broke up with Facebook, it was such a cute post I had to share and....if you look at the bottom row of the picture you will see a tiny picture of me and Sabrina :)

I am offically a TWIT!

I have had my Twitter account for a few months now and never got the hang of it, but I am going to try it again. follow me on twitter so I don't feel like I am talking to myself LOL! I would love to follow you. It is so weird that I enjoy knowing what other people are doing, and it is so quick, you get that blog "fix" in half the time.

Tough day in "mommy land"

As most of you know Sabrina started pre-school several months ago, and has been loving life, she even wants to go to school on Saturday (wonder when that will end). Well today we found out that both her teacher and the teachers aid "will no longer be with the program" What the #$&* ...... HECK!!!!!! OK OK I may be a little more over protective than the next parent...but I just can't leave my child with anyone. the stress and panic set in, I swear I felt like sitting in the parking lot all three hours ( like I did before) LOL.. hey I have a laptop LOL.

Yesterday all of the parents got a letter telling us that they wanted to meet with us this morning when the kids were dropped off. When we got to school the smell of shady business was in the air ..... (dramatic huh) the director was there, administrators, four teachers we had never seen before..... and they broke the news. I stayed after and talked to the director, I was told that the change was needed for a long time and it was for the best of the children. was this supposed to make me feel better???? I was left thinking, "you had me leaving my child with someone you did not think was fit to care for her"??? "now why should I trust that the new people that were chosen are fit"??
I really don't think that was the case, I think it was "house cleaning time".
ahhh the stress of being a parent. Sabrina was fine. and I hope all goes well, I hate to bring out the parent every teacher loves to hate LOL.

Rockin' the new tutu

Sabrina was so excited to get her new tutu in the mail yesterday! We actually won a blog giveaway! you have to go check out their shop Pomegranate and Pink they have the cutest girl hair accessories and tutu's.

With this ETSY shop. instead of working I have been searching ETSY and came across this shop. Black Eyed Suzie has FABULOUS art dolls!! I don't know what it is but they have been calling my name. Sabrina was concerned that none of them your smiling :)
